【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedforusebycommitteesoragenciesconcernedwiththedevelopmentofstandardsrelatedtorecycling,wastereduction,andresourcerecovery.Suchstandardsareexpectedtoprovideuniform,standardizedapproachesbyspecifiers,codes,authoritieshavingjurisdiction(AHJs),andconsumers.Itisanticipatedthatmorespecificguidesorstandardsarebeingorwillbedevelopedtoaddressspecificrequirements.1.1Thisguideprovidesinformationforthedevelopmentofstandards(guides,practices,terminology,testmethods,orspecifications)relatingtoplasticsrecyclingandothermeansofwastereductionsandresourcerecovery.1.2Thisguideisdirectedtoconsumer,commercial,andindustrialsourcesofthermoplasticsandthermosetpolymericmaterials.1.3Thisguideaddressesterminology,performancestandards,specifications,qualityassurance,separationorsegregationofproductbyclasses,identificationandmarkingofgenericclasses,contaminants,fillers,designingforrecycle,degradableproducts,reconstitutedproducts,biobasedresins,certificationandpercentagesofrecycledproducts,andothermethodsofwastereductionandresourcerecovery.1.4Thisguidedoesnotaddressparametersorfactorsinvolvingtheoriginalmanufactureofvirginpolymersorthefabricationofconsumerproductsfromthesevirginpolymers.1.5ThisguideisintendedtoreplaceGuideD5033.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ThereisnoequivalentISOstandard.ISO/DIS15270issimilarinscopeandcontent.
