【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforthedeterminationoftheflowabilityoffibre-reinforcedthermosettingmouldingcompoundsandprepregs.Themethodsapplytoallfibre-reinforcedthermosettingmouldingcompoundsanddifferinthetestconditionsandtheapparatusrequired.Themethodsmaybeusedtoassesstheinfluenceofindividualcomponentsofthemouldingcompoundonthemouldingbehaviourbydeterminingtheflowabilityofthecompound.Theyarealsosuitableforqualitycontrolpurposes,aswellasthedevelopmentofmouldingcompoundformulations.Themajorfieldofapplicationiswithmouldingcompoundsbasedonunsaturatedpolyester(UP)resins.MethodⅠisaflowabilitytestcarriedoutatroomtemperature.Conductingthetestatroomtemperaturereducestheeffectontheresultsofchangesisthetemperatureofthemouldingcompoundduringthetest.MethodⅡisaflowabilitytestcarriedoutundercommonlyusedmouldingconditions.Inaddition,theplateproducedmaybeusedforfurthertesting.
