【摘要】:ISO10328:2005specifiesproceduresforstaticandcyclicstrengthtestsonlower-limbprostheseswhere,withoneexception,compoundloadingsareproducedbytheapplicationofasingletestforce.Thecompoundloadsinthetestsamplerelatetothepeakvaluesofthecomponentsofloadingwhichnormallyoccuratdifferentinstantsduringthestancephaseofwalking.ThetestsdescribedinISO10328:2005comprise:principalstaticandcyclictestsforallcomponents;aseparatestatictestintorsionforallcomponents;separatestaticandcyclictestsonankle-footdevicesandfootunitsforallankle-footdevicesassinglecomponentsincludingankleunitsorankleattachmentsandallfootunitsassinglecomponents;aseparatestaticultimatestrengthtestinmaximumkneeflexiononkneejointsandassociatedpartsforallkneeunitsorknee-shin-assembliesandadjacentcomponentsthatnormallyprovidetheflexionstoponacompleteprosthesis;separatestaticandcyclictestsonkneelocksforallmechanismswhichlockthekneejointintheextendedpositionofthekneeunitorknee-shin-assembly.ThetestsdescribedinthisISO10328:2005applytospecifictypesofankle-disarticulationprostheses,totranstibial(below-knee),knee-disarticulationandtransfemoral(above-knee)prosthesesandtothedistal(lower)partofhip-disarticulationandhemi-pelvectomyprostheses.
